2. On my invoice I have charged several times for issuing the same offer. Why?
We charge every 10 days . If your offer has been made for 20 days, the fee has been added to the invoice twice: on the first and the 11th day of the offer.

4. Why is the current balance different from the month statement?
The Current balance and payment tab always shows the amount of your current arrears, including fees charged and refunded in the current month. In contrast, the email you receive from us always includes the amount to be paid for the previous month.
5. When will I receive an invoice for using Allegro?
We issue an invoice by the 15th of each month, for example, we will issue an invoice for April by 15 May.
If you receive electronic invoices, we will notify you by e-mail about a new invoice. You will download it in the Invoices tab.
