The choice of item from the list takes place when you sell items that differ from each other in one offer.
Offering the option of choosing an item from the list is not allowed on Allegro, because it avoids the fees associated with listing and selling items in separate offers, and is also an obstacle for buyers.
In particular, it is forbidden to choose the size, model, brand, shape of the item, as well as titles of books, films, etc. In the case of live animals, it is not allowed to choose an animal with specific characteristics, with particular regard to species, race and sex.
The exceptions to this rule are offers for
Personalized items, made at the Buyer's individual order. In such offers it is acceptable to choose this parameter, which depends on the customer's preferences or needs. The choice cannot relate to other features of the item or affect its price.
Example : You sell address labels. The buyer gives any content to complete them, and also chooses, for example, the background color or font type, but the price for the item does not change.
Services for making items for an individual customer order. Differences in individual parameters of goods sold in this way cannot affect its price. Services whose prices depend on the choice of parameter should be listed separately.
Example : You sew tailored pants. If, regardless of the choice of cut, cut or material, they cost the same, you can make one offer. If a change in one parameter, for example material, affects the price, list the services separately.
Aquarium and terrarium animals in the Animals category - provided that the description of the offer does not distinguish individual specimens in terms of species, size, sex or other characteristics. You undertake to update the number of individuals sold in accordance with the actual state.
