You can cancel a bid submitted in the current auction only in exceptional cases
- The item being auctioned has been stolen or destroyed.
Please note that as a seller, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods you issue are not damaged or stolen during the auction. By properly securing the item, you will avoid problems with contract performance after the auction.
- The bidder has asked you to withdraw his bid.
- The bidder does not inspire your trust.
Canceled purchase offers will be visible on the auction page. Each time you will need to provide a reason for withdrawing the bidder's bid. Make sure that this reason is accurate and consistent with the actual course of the auction.
How to cancel an offer?
- Go to the My offers tab.
- Search the bidding list in which you want to cancel the bid.
- Hover over [Actions] to expand the menu and click [Cancel offers].
- Select whose offer you want to withdraw, enter the reason and click [Cancel].
You can cancel the bid at any time during the auction.
