At Allegro you can sell items with a fixed price (buy now) or by auction.
Buy now
You set a fixed price at which the customer can buy the item.
Auction
You don't know the final price at which you will sell the item. Buyers submit bids and outbid other bidders ' bids - until the end of the auction. You can set a minimum price - if no one offers a higher amount, the bids will not be binding and the item will not be sold.
Bidding with the buy now option
Buyers can bid or buy an item immediately at a fixed price. The buy now option disappears if:
- you do not specify a minimum price and the first purchase offer will appear,
- in the offer with the minimum price it will be reached.
Shipping costs for all sales formats will be set separately and regardless of the item price. Most often they are covered by the Buyer, but you can offer free delivery .
