To download personal data that we collected during your use of Allegro:
- Go to the Copies of Your Data page and click Create a copy of data:
Select the datasets that we want to copy for you.
Select the file format in which to put the data:
- .html - if you want to read the data in a transparent way
- .csv - if you want to analyze or transfer data to another administrator
- Then click Create a copy:
What's in each dataset?
- Personal data
In particular: name and surname, date of birth, date of account registration, login, addresses, company data, history of changes to these data.
- Shipping addresses
First and last name of the addressee, shipping address.
- Purchase data
Titles and numbers of offers, prices and numbers of purchased items, date of purchase and sellers login.
- Sales figures
Titles and numbers of offers, prices and numbers of items sold, dates of sale and buyers' logins.
- Data on issued offers
Titles and numbers of offers, dates of issue and end of offers, number of items displayed.
- Data about your ratings
Data on the ratings received - I recommend, I do not recommend. There will be no data about your ratings.
- Additional email addresses
Email addresses saved as backup to contact clients.
After clicking Create a copy you will receive an email saying that the data files are ready for download. Depending on the amount of data, it may take from a few minutes to several days. When you receive the email, go back to the tab and download the prepared data. Each file will be available to download within 7 days. After this time, repeat the entire process to download the data.
