How to update data?

- Contact details - the address provided will be the default address for shipping the items you purchased . If you want to provide a different shipping address when shopping, enter it in the delivery option form. Additional addresses can be added, edited and deleted in the Shipping addresses tab. The current phone number will facilitate any contact regarding the shipment and delivery of items.
- First name and last name
- Private account - only in exceptional cases, when the change can be confirmed by a court or administrative decision, e.g. change of marital status - see how to change .
- Company account - you have to change the name of the person responsible for contacts with Allegro.
- Name and surname (account transfer)
- Normal account - the account user can only be changed between the spouses. To transfer your account to your spouse, complete the form and attach a photo of the marriage certificate.
- Company account - company name , if the entrepreneur's data do not change (NIP, REGON, KRS).
- Login (username) - you can change it only if your current login is Client: 123456789. Find out more .
We require the date of birth from customers of the website who are under 18 years of age . An incorrectly entered date of birth can only be changed by an employee.
