If you want to convert a regular account into a Company account or vice versa, you will only do it if you run your own sole proprietorship or run your company as a business unit in business incubators.
How do I change the status of a regular account to a Company account and what do I need to change?
Go to the Allegro account data tab.
In the Account field Company account click the link [Go to form].
In the Enterprise data tab, select the type of enterprise, enter company details and attach company registration documents.
If your regular account was shared with your spouse, you will lose this opportunity once you transform it into a Business account. The spouse's details will be automatically deleted. You can't convert your account if your spouse is running the business.
How do I change the status of the Company account to a regular account and what do I need to change?
Go to the Allegro account data tab.
In the Account field Company account click the link [Go to form].
In the My data tab , update your data if it differs from your company's data.
You can transform a company into a regular account only for your personal data as the owner of this company .
- If you close or suspend a sole proprietorship, you can convert your existing Company account to a regular account. Changing the status from the Company account to normal requires closing the invoice account or updating its data (e.g. if you want to remove the company name from the account settings) .
- For other types of operations (e.g. limited liability company, limited partnership, general partnership, etc.), you will not change the status from the Company account to a regular account . In this case, after closing the company, the contract with Allegro should be terminated. You can register a new account at Allegro - ordinary, for your individual data.
