Withdrawal from the contract
Within 14 days of registration, you can withdraw from the contract with Allegro without giving a reason, as long as you have not performed any activities on the site at that time. This applies in particular to purchase, listing of items for sale, use of the Charytatywni Allegro website and contact with other users via forms. Send an email to this user or Ask a question to the seller.
To withdraw from the contract, complete the form . We will review the application within 20 working days. Personal data will be completely deleted.
If you use any Allegro services after completing the form or sending a statement, it will be tantamount to resignation from withdrawal from the contract .
Termination of the contract
To terminate the contract with the service, first fill out the form . By completing the form, you terminate the contract concluded with the service during account registration.
Termination of the contract will make most of the website features unavailable to you. It will be impossible among others:
- buying,
- change of the bid amount,
- listing items for sale,
- contact with Sellers and Buyers via forms.
When the contract is terminated, your bids and your bids will not be removed . Listed items will be visible until the end of the offer on the terms in force before the termination of the contract. After terminating the contract, you will still log in to your account, but only the options necessary to finalize the transaction and pay the balance to Allegro will be available.
So if you terminated the contract:
- finish offers issued,
- finish your participation in offers (auctions and buy now),
- withdraw funds from Allegro Finanse (PayU or Przelewy24 services),
- pay any arrears to Allegro.
After 30 days from the performance of these activities, the contract with the service will be terminated .
