Every Allegro customer, until May 25, 2018, received an email about the rules of data processing and their rights in this regard. In addition, you'll always find this information in our privacy policy .
Right of access
You have the right to access your data that we process. You can download a copy of the data at any time. You can do it through the My Allegro tab or direct contact with us . If you decide to write to us, for security purposes you will pass verification and if it passes successfully, we will send you a copy of your data, taking appropriate security measures.
The right to delete data
You have the right to request us to delete your data. We will do it when you terminate the contract with us and there is no other legal basis, for example resulting from legal provisions, which will impose on us the obligation to further process your data. If after the request to delete data it turns out that we are legally obliged to further process your data, we will inform you about it. Find out more .
The right to limit the processing of data for their storage
At your request, we limit the processing of data to storage only. We will then stop performing other activities that make up the data processing, e.g. sharing it. This applies if, for example, someone illegally used your data to register an Allegro account, and you will need them to explain this situation (in this case in dealing with law enforcement authorities). Right to data portability
At your request, within a month you will receive from us a data file in a structured, commonly used .csv format. Ensure the security of your data and before you decide to transfer it, make sure who gets it.

The right to object to data profiling
In the Personalization tab you will find the option to object to profiling (regular), by turning it on or off and to stop marketing activities resulting from profiling. However, before you object, remember that thanks to profiling we will better match search results and ads to your preferences. Thanks to this, you will shorten the search time for the products you are interested in, and the ads we display will be more tailored to your expectations.
Important: after exercising your right to object, log out of your Allegro account on all devices and clear cookies. In some cases, the process may take up to 48 hours.
Right to object to direct marketing
You have the right to object to direct marketing. If you want to do this, follow these 3 steps:

However, before you object, remember that if you opt out of notifications, you will not receive product guides and recommendations. You will also miss discount coupons and information on current promotions. We will also not be able to match the search results and ads to your preferences.
