If you were shopping on Allegro, we are obliged to process your data for 3 years from the termination of the contract. The legal basis for processing your data during this time is Article 118 of the Civil Code.
If you sold or used a coupon, this period is extended to six years from the day you terminate the contract. Also in this case, the legal basis is Article 118 of the Civil Code - according to which, as a Seller, you can assert claims from Allegro for 6 years.
After termination of the contract, we will process your data only for the purposes indicated below, based on the legitimate interest of Allegro.pl, which is:
- debt collection
- conducting court, arbitration and mediation proceedings
- conducting statistical analyzes
- storing data for archiving purposes and ensuring accountability (demonstrating compliance with our obligations under the law)
After these data processing purposes have expired, they will be automatically deleted from Allegro.
