The changes must be verified and approved by us. Only then will the new data be visible in your account.
How to do it?
- Go to the Allegro account data tab.
- In the My data section the Name field is inactive. You'll find a link to the form below.
- Enter the new name in the form and select one of the available reasons for this change from the list.
If the reason for the change is incorrectly entered data during registration or change of marital status , click [Next] in the next step, and then [Confirm]. When your request for change of name or surname is verified by an employee, you will receive an email notification.
If the reason for the change is a legally confirmed change of name or surname, immediately prepare a photo of the decision of the head of the Registry Office, and if you want to transfer the account to your spouse - a photo of the marriage certificate:
- Enter your spouse's details in the form.
- Check the appropriate box on the form - a place to load the appropriate document will appear. Click the Browse button to locate the file on the disk of the device you are using. Select the file and click Next.
- Confirm change. You will receive a notification when an employee checks your application.
