The delivery and payment form provides the data necessary to complete the transaction. The buyer completes it after the purchase and chooses the payment method and delivery method from the options provided by you. Thanks to the form you will find out what options your customer has chosen.
The buyer can in the delivery and payment form
- choose the payment method and delivery method,
- indicate the shipping address - other than in the account settings,
- declare to receive a VAT invoice (if you provide such an option),
- send you an additional message.
Where to find the form filled out by the Buyer
When the Buyer completes the form, you will receive it in the form of an email. Data on purchases from your customers can also be found in the Orders tab.
If the Buyer pays via Allegro Finances, information about the payment can be found in the List of payments from Buyers tab.
Data from the delivery and payment option form will be available in tabs for about 60 days. After this time, like information about bought and sold items, they will be transferred to the archive.
If it happens that the payment from the Buyer is canceled, the payment card can only be found in the link from the email notification "The buyer has chosen the method of delivery". In this case, the payment card will not be available from the Payments tab tab.
