Delivery price lists facilitate the management of delivery prices for items that you sell on Allegro. Thanks to price lists, you don't have to manually add transport prices every time you place an offer. All you have to do is create a price list and the ready template can be easily added to the offers.
Price lists help in managing delivery methods for your items. You can create various templates, for example depending on the type of assortment you display. You can save up to 250 different price lists. Give each of them a name, making them easy to distinguish.
Make sure that in every offer you have a delivery price list defined and set the principle of combining delivery costs from different price lists. Thanks to this, the customer will see the right costs with every purchase.
In the price lists you will indicate :
- what delivery methods do you provide,
- what are their costs,
- what is the delivery time*,
- how many items can be in one shipment,
whether and how you send items abroad.
this option is only available for some delivery methods .
How to create a delivery price list template
Go to the Delivery settings tab.
In the Delivery price lists section, click [add new price list].
Name your price list - thanks to this you can easily identify it in the future. Enter the name in the Create new price list field.
From the available shipping options, choose the ones that you will offer to your clients in the offers. Complete the Shipping Price and Package Quantity fields. If you charge an additional fee for sending more items, enter the appropriate amount in the Price for next item box.
- Finally click [Save]. Ready! The price list has already been created and you can add it to your offers.
How to edit delivery time for individual delivery methods
The offers display the average delivery time for individual delivery methods. However, if you know that the delivery time for your methods may be different, you will set it manually when creating or editing the price list.
You can change the default delivery time for methods:
- Courier delivery
- Economic postal parcel
- Priority mail package
- Economic registered letter
- Priority registered letter
- Economic letter
- Priority letter
To do this, click on the delivery time displayed next to the method, enter your own date and click [save].
How to add a price list to the newly issued offer
In the issue form you will find the Delivery and payment section, and in it the item Shipping price list. Click on the drop-down list and select one of your price lists.
How to change the price list in ongoing offers
- Go to the My offers tab and select the offers in which you want to change the price list.
- Hover over [group edition] and click on [delivery price list].
- Select the price list you want to assign to selected offers and click [save].
The above method also works if you want to change the price list in only one offer . Just select it and continue as described in the instructions.
Price list edition is available in offers with buy now option. In the case of a bidding, the change is possible until the bidders appear in it.
