If you have access to the account
Go to the Allegro account data tab.
Enter the current password.
Enter a new password and enter it again for confirmation. You will see a bar indicating how strong your new password is.
Click [Apply].
If you do not have access to the account
If you don't remember your password, you can recover it on the login page in 2 ways.
Use the password recovery form:
Go to the password recovery form .
Enter your login or email address associated with your Allegro account, click [continue].
Choose how to recover the password: confirm with an SMS code or enter the mother's maiden name.
- After selecting [mother's maiden name], receive an email. You will go from it to the page where you will give a new password.
Use one-time SMS password:
If you use Allegro in a computer browser, we will display the option Use one-time SMS password after three unsuccessful login attempts. In the mobile version of the website you will see it immediately after entering the login screen.
- Click [Use one-time SMS password].
- Enter your login or email address associated with your Allegro account.
- If the data you entered is correct, you will receive an SMS with a one-time login password. Use it to login to the site.
You will use the one-time SMS password if the phone number in your account settings is current. If the format of the number entered is incorrect, we will redirect you to the standard password recovery page.
A one-time SMS password is not available for accounts with two-step logging in and in the Allegro mobile application.
