What is the new way to resume the offer?
- we will make it available again on Allegro with the same number and WWW address
- we will keep it popular (e.g. if you resume a 30-day offer 10 days after it ends, the offer will continue to accrue popularity from the last 20 days of its duration)
- We count its duration anew (if you resume a 10-day offer - we will make it available on the website for the next 10 days) You can resume a buy, shop or offer offer within 60 days of its completion. After this time, we will transfer the offer to the archive
How to resume the offer?
Method 1: Go to the My offers tab - and use the Actions button available with each offer. He will find the Resume option there.
Method 2: Open the offer page on Allegro and use the Resume option. We will direct you to the offer editing form - there you can correct its data and re-issue it.
When you resume an offer, it must comply with the current Allegro rules. We will not resume the offer if it lacks, for example, mandatory parameters.
What about popularity?
Popularity is the number of purchases on offer over the last 30 days. If you resume the offer before 30 days have elapsed, it will remain proportionate. This means that if you resume the offer after 20 days of its completion, it will accrue popularity from the last 10 days of its duration.
What about fees?
When you resume the offer, we will also resume charges:
- if a given payment cycle (for displaying, promotion, additional options) has not been completed - we do not charge new fees immediately, we do not interfere in the payment cycle. Subsequent charges will appear according to the cycle.
- if the payment cycle (for displaying, promoting, additional options) has come to an end - we will start a new one together with the offer being restarted.
