Thanks to the description migrator, you will automatically adapt the descriptions in your offers to the new rules . See how to do it:
1. Prepare a list of offers
- Go to the Offers tab - go to the new description .
- Use the appropriate filters - search for offers with the old description. You can correct descriptions in active and completed offers. You will resume completed offers without losing popularity .
- Select the offers in which you want to improve the description.
- Use the [Change description to new] button.
2. Check if we have analyzed your offers correctly
On the left you will see the current description of the offers, and on the right the effect after changes: 
- delivery information, which should be entered in the Additional delivery information field,
- terms of returns, warranties or complaints - these are the relevant sections: Returns , Complaints , Guarantees ,
- details about the seller, which should be placed in the About the seller section.
The tool tries to find elements common to many offers, i.e. ones that may not be consistent with the new description. After converting the offer, check if it complies with the new rules.
Check that the tool's effect is correct. If desired, you can select additional items to delete or choose not to delete the item you have marked. To do this, click on the item.
3. Make changes to the correct description
When you specify which elements you want to include in the revised description, you can make any changes in the right window. Click on the item you want to change. You can use the same options as in the standard description editor on the issue form - we described them in this article .
If after corrections in the right window:
- you change something in the left
- you change the page layout, e.g. from two-column to one-column,
- use the [back] button,
we will undo all the changes you made to the correct description. Therefore, first decide in the left window which elements you want to use, and then refine them in the right window .
Migrator only transfers the description in the offer. Make sure the photos and terms of the offer comply with the new rules by using the other options we describe here .
4. Confirm the new description
When you correct the description, confirm the changes with the button [confirm new description]. Then:
- we will upload photos from your description to the photo gallery on offer (the limit of photos in the gallery is 16),
- we will improve the description of this offer,
- we will display the effect of analyzing the next offer that you selected in the first step.
When you have corrected the indicated offers, use the [go to step: addresses of offers] button. Then you will go back to the first step and you can choose the next offers you want to improve.
If you correct the description in completed offers, you can make them available again on the website .
