- Make sure that the individual information about the offer is in the correct tab on the offer page (Parameters, Description, Delivery and payment, Warranty, Complaint, Returns and About the seller). This will allow the Buyer to easily reach information that interests him.
- Description, title, photos, category, content of the offer and parameters constitute an integral whole and should not contain contradictory information. The description of the offer must be consistent and specific, it must not mislead the customer. The more accurately you describe the item, the easier the Buyer will find it, You will also avoid transactional misunderstandings.
- Notify in the offer when the buyer should pay and when the goods will be shipped. Do not require prior contact regarding the availability of goods. If you sell the goods in accordance with the Allegro Regulations , you must fulfill the contract with the Buyer.
- Pay attention to the location . Enter the shipping location, not the address assigned to your account. If you send goods from abroad or allow personal pickup, be sure to provide the actual place of shipment or pickup.
- Photos and descriptions must comply with the rules in force at Allegro . The correct main image positions you higher on the list of offers .
- In the main pictures, put on a white background exactly what you are selling. Do not place additional graphic elements, watermarks, login or other inscriptions.
- If you offer different color versions of an item, show one of them in the main picture. Present the other versions in other pictures in the description.
- Include only product information in the description. Take care of the accurate and truthful description. Do not copy the content of other offers, as this is illegal and will probably be noticed. Duplicate descriptions reduce the position of your offer and cause it to attract fewer potential buyers.
- Enrich the product description with unique elements that will make it stand out. Think about what might attract buyers to your offer and include it in the description.
- Do not replace the content of the offer with graphics . Google can't read the text in the image, so you lose traffic from search engines.
- Do not include in the descriptions words (names, brands, models) not related to the offered item . This makes it difficult for customers to find the goods they are interested in. It may be misleading and result in the customer eventually returning such goods.
- The description of the offer should refer to a specific good or service. Do not post content about items that you do not have on Allegro, ads or announcements According to our policies , you may not propose to the Customer that:
- negotiated the price
- ordered the product by phone,
- contacted you before buying,
- checked the availability of the goods,
- he asked for a discount.
These contents suggest the possibility of buying outside Allegro, which is not allowed and disadvantageous for both the Buyer and the Seller. It involves the loss of our protection, excludes the possibility of issuing opinions and protecting the Buyer with the Buyer Protection Program.
- Do not post links to commercial sites. Links to external sites may be included if this serves to broaden information about the item - for example, technical specifications or additional photos of the item. This is allowed provided that you do not sell these pages or do not have the web addresses of other commercial pages.
- If you invite buyers to like your fanpage on websites such as Facebook / Instagram / Pinterest, you cannot sell there and there may not be web addresses of the websites where you can buy. You can, however, provide a link to the list of your offers on Allegro.
- If in the description of the offer you include a link to a movie presenting the product on YouTube, please note whether the description or in the recording itself does not include the addresses of online stores. This would violate our Regulations.
Under Polish law, if you are an entrepreneur , you are required to inform Buyers about the rules of returns and complaints. To do this, complete the Returns and Complaints tab in a clear and legible way . Make sure your policies comply with applicable laws.
Incomplete or non-compliant records may discourage you from buying on your offers and may even lead to their removal during verification by Allegro employees.
If you have the opportunity, offer buyers an exchange of goods . Describe the rules for such an exchange - with this option, Buyers are more likely to buy from you.

If you sell items in several variants:
- List them in separate offers. Provide a specific variant (for example, size) in the title, description and offer parameters. You can combine them using multiple options .
- Do not put titles in the titles that make it difficult for customers to find the variant that interests them and are misleading as to the item offered.
- If you offer different product variants, you can add information on the availability of these items in other offers in the description.
- In one offer you can propose goods with a different graphic design , for example, dotted, striped or checkered mugs, but these mugs cannot differ in shape. Items with different forms and properties, e.g. flavors or aromas, should be displayed separately.
