Instead, we allow the sale of OTC drugs (so-called OTC drugs). Polish law allows the mail-order sale of OTC drugs after fulfilling the conditions set out in the Pharmaceutical Law of 2007. Detailed conditions for the sale of OTC medicines by mail order are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 2008.
