Using the Multivariant tool you will combine offers into multivariate offers based on the parameters specified in them.
You will combine the offers in the Multivariate tab:
Click [add].
Enter the phrase based on which you want to search for offers to combine.
Select the offers you want to combine - we will move them to the right column.
Choose with which parameters you want to group offers and click [select parameters]. Offers can be combined using up to two parameters.
Name the created multi-variant offer and click [save].
When you combine offers, remember:
- If one of the parameters after which you want to combine offers is color / pattern - we will automatically group the offers with the same thumbnails.
- We group offers in color variants after the color / pattern parameter after choosing the second parameter.
- In Multivariance you will use only selected parameters.
- For selected parameters, you will create multi-variant offers using only one value of these parameters. For example : Brand parameter in the Footwear category. If you choose brand A when creating a multi-variant offer with shoes, you will not add brand B.
A list of existing multi-variant offers is available in the Multivariant tab. From this list you can:
- Search for combined offers using the multi-variant offer name or offer number.
- Edit multi-variant offers.
- Disconnect linked offers.
We have included collapse of multi-variant offers in the following categories:
- Women's jewelry
- Men's Jewelry
- Children's jewelry
- Wedding jewelry
- Piercing
- Lingerie
- Men's underwear
- Footwear
- Female clothing
- Men's clothing
- Haberdashery and accessories
- Pregnancy and motherhood
- Marriage and wedding reception
- Disguises, costumes, masks
This means that the list of offers will only display the offer from a given connection that is best suited to:
- Buyer's queries in the search engine - according to the phrase entered by him, selected filters and sorting
- the category the Buyer is browsing - for example Footwear.
How it's working
If combined offers are:
- by parameters - we will display them on the list of offers as one item
- only after the main photos - we will not make changes
- both after the parameters and the main pictures - we will list separately the offers of different main pictures on the list. Example:
Your offers include multi-variant offers with shoes combined by sizes and main photos , showing different colors . The buyer who is looking for ballerina shoes in size 36 will see a list of these offers in different color variants, with the size best suited to the query - i.e. 36. The remaining sizes will be displayed in the variants of the given offer.
Currently we do not collapse listings:
- completed offers
- Seller's offers - in a situation where the Buyer displays a list of your offers without a searched phrase or without a defined category, for example the list of offers from the Official Allegro store
- in search results - when the Buyer searches for a given phrase in the descriptions of the offers.
- Newly listed offers will appear in the tool for combining variants with a few minutes delay - up to 60 minutes.
- You will assign the selected offer to the multi-variant offer once.
- You will not combine offers with equal parameter values, for example, two offers from a computer with a 1000 GB disk capacity.
- Offers in various categories cannot be combined.
- You won't use Multivariant in terms of advertising .
- A multi-variant offer may consist of a maximum of 500 offers.
- You cannot combine offers by parameters with the same values. For example: you will not combine offers with a bicycle model with equal wheel sizes.
