Giving discounts for the purchase of another item - frequently asked questions

Why is it worth offering a discount?

Thanks to this, you will encourage Buyers to make larger purchases and attract new customers to your offers.

How to enable the discount in the offer?

1. Go to the Sets and discounts tab and select the quantity discount.

2. Specify if you give a discount on the purchase:

3. several pieces of the same item - for example, the same bulb 30% cheaper,

4. several different items - for example, any second T-shirt cheaper by 20% (the discount will apply to the cheapest item).

5. Set the discount value. The minimum values for both types of discounts are:

6. 15% on a second item,

7. 30% on the third item,
8. 40% on the fourth subject,
9. 50% on the fifth item.

100% means that the item is free.

4. Select an offer or offers to which you will add a discount.
5. Click [Save discount]. Ready!

After purchase, the discount will automatically be calculated and distributed proportionally to all items. For example: if the discount is PLN 20 for a third item, we will round it to PLN 6.67 for each item.

You will not add a discount to offers listed in the bargain area.

What happens if I have a discount for every fourth item and the customer buys 6 items?

In this case, we will only charge a discount for the purchase of the fourth item, but it will be distributed appropriately to all 6 items.

What happens if I have a discount for every fourth item, but I only have 3 items left?

If there are not enough items on offer, we will automatically hide the discount information. On the list, in the Sets and discounts tab, such a discount will be marked in gray - until the items have been replenished. Once you complete them, the rebate information will appear again - on the list and in the offer.

How to turn off the rebate?

Go to the Sets and discounts tab, search for the discount you want to remove and click [delete].

Can I edit a discount that is already on offer?

No, the discount you created cannot be edited. You can delete it instead and add another instead.

How will the buyer find out that the offer includes a discount?

Will see the information:

• on the subject page,
• in basket,
• after clicking "buy now" in the discount offer, information about the discount will be displayed,
• on the lists of offers in several categories (applies to discounts on subsequent items in one offer)

What if the buyer took advantage of the discount and wants to return the purchased items? Can it return one piece or the whole order?

The buyer has the right to return all or part of the order.
