If you want to promote your offers and attract more buyers to them, you have the following options:
- Honorable mention
- Bold
- Backlight
- Highlight, Highlight and Bold in the package,
- Promoting on the department page .
You will find them in the Promotion options section of the listing form :
If you want to use them, just select the options - you can combine them. We display their price next to them.
You can check the exact fees for selected promotion options in the summary before submitting the offer.
You can also turn them on or off at any time during the offer. To do this, go to the My offers tab and next to the selected offer, click [actions] and then [edit]. If you want to do it in many offers at the same time - select several offers and click [highlight].
What the different promotion options mean
Distinction
If you check this option when posting an offer, it will always appear before the offers of other Sellers who did not use it. It will appear on the list of promoted offers - on the list in the given category and in the search results.
Bold
If you choose this option, the title of your offer will be highlighted in bold - thanks to which it will be more visible on the list of items in the selected category and in the search results.
Backlight
The backlight gives you confidence that your item will be noticed and will attract the attention of buyers. Thus, the chances of selling it will increase.
Select this option and your offer will be displayed on a blue background.
Promoting on the department page
If you choose this option, your offer will be highlighted on the department page (for example, Electronics, Home and Health, etc.) in which you place the offer. It will be in a special gallery with promoted offers. We show the thumbnail, price and offer title. Buyers will go directly to the page with your item from here.

We display a maximum of 5 offers on one screen in the gallery. They change automatically or when you click the right or left scroll sign.
Many people browse the pages of departments - it is here that those who click on the department name on the Allegro homepage go to. That is why this form of promotion is so attractive.
If you choose this option, your offer will be in the pool from which the items visible in the gallery on the department's page are drawn. The time the offer is displayed and the number of page views depend on how many Sellers have decided to use this option.
