What are coins?
Coins are points that Buyers can receive for purchases in their distinguished offers. Coins can be exchanged for coupons and you can use them to pay for purchases.
What is the promotion of Coins?
You can highlight your selected offers with Coins - it's free. We will only charge you for Coins at the time of sale (1 Coin = 1 PLN).
Example: you highlight your offer with 5 coins. Every time someone buys it, you pay an additional 5 PLN. You pay for a Coin Award only if someone buys you in this offer.
What conditions must be met to promote offers with coins?
- You must have a business account ,
- Your average sales rating should be at least 4.8
- in the last 30 days Buyers have issued at least 5 ratings for you.
How to highlight your offers with Coins?
- Go to the Coins tab,
- click the [Add Coins to offers] button,
- select offers and specify the number of coins to be added to them,
- click [Add coins to offers].
What is the limit of Coins on offer?
- Super Sellers: up to 50% of the item price, but no more than 100 Coins
- other Sellers: maximum 25% of the price of the item, but no more than 20 Coins

What will happen to Coins if the Customer returns a product purchased from Coins?
Nothing has changed in this matter. If the customer bought goods from you in the offer distinguished by Coins and decided to return the goods, then - in accordance with the Regulations of the Coin Program - we will refund you the value corresponding to the amount of the fee for individual monetary award, if it was calculated in relation to the offer for which we have granted you transaction rebate (commission refund).
