Charges for promotion options are periodically calculated. One cycle of fees is 10 days . When you issue an offer, we will charge you in advance for the first cycle. If after 10 days the offer continues, we will charge you for the next 10-day cycle.
What happens if I enable the promotion option during the offer?
If you add a promotion option to an ongoing offer, we'll create a separate billing cycle for it that will last for 10 days.
How can I avoid the promotion fee from being charged in the next cycle?
Turn off promotion before the end of the current promotion cycle. You can do it by editing the offer in the My offers tab. We will then stop promoting the offer and will not charge you in the next cycle.
Example: If you enable offer promotion on February 14, disable it by February 23 to avoid cycle extensions and billing.
