You can only sell wine on Allegro (in accordance with the Allegro Regulations ). The sale of other types of alcohol is prohibited. You must have Alcohol status on your account to sell wine.
To obtain the status of Alcohol, you must
have a company account
have a permit to sell alcoholic beverages up to 18% alcohol, issued to the entity operating on the Allegro account,
put in the tab About the seller :
- data identifying the point of sale: name, address and telephone number,
- mandatory statement regarding the content: I declare that I sell alcoholic beverages with content above 4.5% to 18% alcohol, with the exception of beer, on the basis of a current and valid permit. The place of conclusion of the contract resulting from submitting the offer in the Transaction is the address of the alcohol sales point. The condition for the release of the Good is the supplier's verification of the buyer's adulthood and sobriety.
What are the rules of selling wines on Allegro?
The sale of wine on the site is subject to the same rules as the sale of alcohol in the store . Alcohol may be bought and picked up only by adults and people whose behavior does not indicate that they are intoxicated. Suppliers are entitled to check documents confirming the buyer's age and sobriety. In case of doubt, they may not release the goods. The Seller is responsible for finalizing the transaction in accordance with the regulations.
Wines may be issued only in the Wines category.
How do I apply for the Alcohol status?
- Go to the Allegro account data tab - Special statuses.
- In the Wine section, fill out the form and attach a scan of the license to sell alcoholic beverages containing up to 18% alcohol.
- After completing all required data, click [Submit].
We will verify your details and notify you by email.
Alcohol status will be valid as long as your permission to sell alcoholic beverages containing up to 18% alcohol.
We may reject your application, for example, when you submit an illegible scan of an authorization. We will inform you about any reasons for rejection.
How to extend the status of Alcohols?
We will send you a reminder email 2 weeks before your status expires.
To extend your status:
- Go to the Allegro account data tab - Special statuses.
- Click [Extend] and complete the form.
- Click [Send].
We will verify your details within 72 hours and notify you by email of the extension.
If you do not overstate the status on time, it will automatically expire and you will lose the option of listing in the wine category . Ongoing offers will be terminated.
How to opt out of Alcohol status?
- Go to the Allegro account data tab.
- In the Expiration Date field you will find the link [Do you no longer want to sell wines on Allegro? Cancel status].
- Click the link and confirm that you want to opt out of Alcohol status. You will receive an automatic notification of your resignation to the email address.
Resignation from the Alcohol status is irreversible. To re-sell alcohol on Allegro, you must complete the form again and wait for verification.
