If you sell an item but the transaction does not take place, you can apply for a commission refund (transaction discount). You can complete the application in certain cases . You have 45 days from the conclusion of the transaction.
We display your transactions in a special tab. At each of them you will find information - how many days are left to submit the application.
To submit an application
Go to the Commission Refunds tab (Rebates) .
You can use the search engine in which you enter the Buyer's login or offer number.
Click the commission refund (transaction rebate) for the transaction that did not take place.
Select the reason and click [apply].
In the Filed applications tab you will find a list of applications you have already submitted.
If you want to recover a commission (apply for a transaction rebate of the commission value) for a multi-item offer , complete the application for each transaction separately.
When you request a refund, the buyer will receive an email from us regarding the unsuccessful purchase. In the email we will ask you to confirm your application.
