Yes, we will refund you a commission in the form of a transaction discount if the contract has not been fulfilled for certain reasons:
- The buyer has not paid (the reason is not available when the payment via Allegro Finance has the status Finished).
- The buyer did not pick up the cash on delivery (the reason is not available when the payment via Allegro Finance has the status Finished).
- The buyer has withdrawn from the contract (the reason is for withdrawing from a distance contract ).
- The buyer ordered more pieces than he wanted (the reason is only available in the offer in which the contractor has bought several pieces of goods at a time).
- For independent reasons, the Buyer has bought this offer too many times (the reason is only available in the offer in which the Customer bought several pieces of goods at certain intervals).
You can request a refund for 45 days from the time of the transaction.
If you are applying for a refund (transaction rebate) because you do not have contact with the buyer , before starting the refund procedure, use all means to contact the customer. Remember that not everyone receives mail every day. For example, the buyer may have problems with the computer.
Fees for listing the item and for additional options (e.g. offer highlighting) are non-returnable (we do not refund them in any form even if the transaction is not finalized).
We will not grant a refund if
- the offered goods were not available,
- the item was not sent within the declared period,
- the item was damaged in transit or before shipping,
- the item was not as described or the customer made a complaint etc.
