How can I change the company's details on the account and invoices?
Changing invoice data is the same as changing the data on the Allegro account. Therefore, if you want to download invoices for a new business entity:
- Contact our team
- In the email, provide the details of the new company and the form of business (e.g. civil law partnership, sole proprietorship). We will inform you if such a change will comply with the Website Regulations.
- If the answer on our part is positive, enter the data of the new company and attach scans confirming its activity . You can do it in the Allegro account data tab. Finally click [Send for verification].
- After successful data verification by the Allegro administrator, you will receive an email confirmation of the change of data .
Other cases
Except for the sale of an enterprise or an organized part of it, a change of enterprise on the Company account is accepted only if the NIP number and / or KRS number is not changed :
- In the case of a sole proprietorship - if the account user has completed one activity and started a new one, of which he is the sole owner, he may use the same account to pursue further business on Allegro.
- In the event that a civil law partnership is transformed into a commercial company or commercial company into another commercial company under the law. An account may become the subject of use of another entrepreneur when the other enterprise was established as a continuation of the previous one in the sphere of civil and administrative rights and obligations, i.e. when the economic entity does not change . Transformation, division and merger of entrepreneurs should not cause a change in the NIP and KRS number.
In the above situations, you will change the data on your account and invoices in the same way as in the case of selling the business.
