- has a license to produce explosives or to trade in these materials,
- the type of explosives for civil use purchased, stored or used corresponds to the type of explosives specified in the license,
- has storage rooms that meet the requirements set out in regulations issued on the basis of art. 24 paragraph 2 and art. 33 item 2 of the Act of 22 June 2001 on the conduct of economic activity in the field of production and trade of explosives, weapons, ammunition as well as products and technology for military or police purposes,
- employs persons who meet the requirements for access to explosives for civil use.
Required documents:
- Full company documents and current CEIDG in the case of natural persons conducting business activity certified as true copies,
- license to carry out business activities in the field of production and trade in explosives, weapons, ammunition, as well as products and technology for military or police purposes (Journal of Laws No. 67, item 679, as amended) confirmed to be true to the original,
- CE verification documents confirmed as true copies.
All pyrotechnic materials must have the CE marking - confirmation of the safety of pyrotechnic materials. In addition, they must contain the appropriate class markings, product names, locations where the product may be used, instructions for use, manufacturer's data and information on the amount of pyrotechnic material.
