Pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 17 May 2011 on mushrooms authorized for the marketing or production of mushroom preparations, foodstuffs containing mushrooms and the rights of a mushroom classifier and mushroom expert, you can only sell mushrooms on Allegro if they have the appropriate certificate issued by classifier or mushroom expert (this does not apply to cultivated and marketed mushrooms in other EU countries).
If you offer mushrooms (fresh, dried or processed) remember to include in the description of the offer a statement that the mushrooms offered have an appropriate certificate. Attach to the offer a scan of the certificate or photo of the label containing the mushroom species, certificate number and year of harvest. In the case of cultivated mushrooms and those marketed in other EU countries, attach a clear label removal to the offer.
