At Allegro, the sale of radio and telecommunications equipment and other products not complying with the essential requirements is not allowed.
Products that do not comply with the essential requirements are all types of apparatus, including radio and telecommunications terminal equipment, listed in the register kept by the Office of Electronic Communications. UKE controls devices placed on the market and if, as a result of an inspection, the President of UKE finds that a given product does not meet the essential requirements, it may prohibit its further transfer to the user, consumer and seller. If the non-compliance is not removed, the President of UKE may even order the withdrawal of the product from the market.
The current list of such products is contained in the register of the Office of Electronic Communications.
Products not complying with the essential requirements may cause electromagnetic disturbances in the operation of other devices operating in the same environment. They may not have the required immunity to electromagnetic disturbances themselves.
Entities marketing such products are subject to criminal liability.
