Software that violates producer licenses cannot be sold on Allegro.
The ban also includes software in the trial version, i.e. alpha, beta, RC (Release Candidate) versions. This type of software is usually provided to users for free for further testing. However, its commercial version cannot be distributed yet.
Freeware, shareware and abandonware licenses can only be distributed under strict conditions. Programs of this type cannot be sold on Allegro, even if the offer description stipulates that the price applies only to the carrier and includes the cost of downloading the software from the Internet. Similar statements may not be made.
If you sell OEM or GNU / GPL licensed software, make sure your offer does not violate these licenses. The content of the license can be found on the product packaging, on the manufacturer's website or in a file attached to the software.
