You cannot sell weapons and ammunition on Allegro.
The ban applies in particular
Firearms, including combat, hunting, sports, gas, alarm and signal weapons.
The prohibition does not apply to alarm and signal weapons of a caliber up to 6 mm, using short side blind munitions and separate loading firearms manufactured before 1885 or a replica of it.
Pneumatic weapon.
Windbreakers with a bullet energy not exceeding 17J are not covered. The seller is obliged to include in the item description a statement that the energy of the projectile does not exceed 17J.
A string weapon in the form of crossbows (also their essential parts - arrows, beds).
Other items listed as weapons in the Act on Weapons and Ammunition (for example, brass knuckles, guards, blades hidden in non-weapons).
The sale ban also covers
- ready or machined essential parts of firearms and pneumatic weapons (weapon skeleton, basque, barrel with cartridge chamber, lock, castle chamber, cartridge drum),
- significant parts of ammunition (bullets filled with explosives, chemical incapacitating or incendiary agents or other substances that threaten life or health, primers initiating combustion of the propellant and propellant in the form of gunpowder),
- firearms permanently deprived of their functional qualities, even if legalized in other countries.
We allow the sale of pepper spray and stun guns (stun guns with the use of electricity) in the categories Pepper spray and Stun guns only through points with a license to sell products for military or police purposes, after meeting the relevant technical requirements and after verifying our permits.
Required documents
- Full company documents and current CEIDG in the case of natural persons conducting business activity.
- Permission to operate a point of sale of products for military or police purposes (items for incapacitating people with electricity, pepper gases) in PDF format and a copy in a paper version certified as true to the original. To register a point of sale for military or police products, attach a special trade license. The rules for granting concessions are listed in the Act of 22 June 2001 on the performance of business activities in the field of production and trade in explosives, weapons, ammunition, and products and technology for military or police purposes (Journal of Laws of 2001 No. 67, item 679) .
- EU certification. At Allegro, you can only sell gases that are allowed to be sold in the EU.
- Name, address, telephone number of the contact point where the physical sale is carried out.
We allow the sale of non-combat ammunition , not filled with explosives, chemicals, incapacitating or incendiary materials or other substances that may endanger life or health. In the description of such an item, you must include a statement that the ammunition has no combat characteristics.
