You will need your mother's maiden name if you forget your Allegro account password .
You will enter it after registering the account - the first time you log in or in the Allegro Account Data tab, after clicking the Add or correct maiden name link .
If you want to recover the password and your mother's maiden name has not been provided before
When recovering your password, we'll ask you to add it and send you an additional document - for example, a photo of your ID card. We do it for security reasons - so that we can be sure that we help regain access to the account of an authorized person.
In the form, enter:
- e-mail,
- Mother's maiden name.
Then attach a clear photo of the document confirming your identity (for example, ID card, passport or school ID)
Enter the code from the picture and click [Send].
If you have a company account, attach a copy of the document confirming the company details. You can attach, for example, a photo of your NIP or Regon number, or a copy of the National Court Register taken from the court.
The employee will verify your details and enter your mother's maiden name in the account settings. Submitted documents will be deleted and we will inform you about the change by e-mail. After receiving the message, you will use your mother's maiden name to set a new password.
After entering your mother's maiden name, it will not be visible in your account settings. Company accounts are an exception.
