The buyer may decide to choose an additional service when buying through buy now and through the cart.
How to add Additional services to the offer
- Go to the Additional services tab,
- click [add service],
- choose the additional services you want to offer to clients,
- enter the price and description of the service,
- select the delivery methods for which you provide the selected service,
- click [add package]
You can add a package prepared this way to selected offers:
- by the plant I sell ,
- in the Sales Manager, in a new offer or during editing,
- in the issuing form.
If you change the price of the service after adding the package to the offers, we will update it in all offers in which it is available.
How to assign Additional Services to many offers at the same time?
Go to the Sell tab and select the offers to which you want to assign the additional services package. Then click [Change additional services].
Where to check if the buyer has chosen the Additional Service?
- In the notification of completing the delivery and payment form ,
- in the API in the doGetPostBuyFormsDataForSellers method,
- in the Sales Manager - on the transaction card,
- in the Orders tab.
