The Buyer is responsible for the content of the comment. You can, however, together with the Buyer decide to remove the type rating I do not recommend .
We may also consider removing the rating and descriptive comments (and responses to the comments) in special cases. We consider each application individually. We may refuse to take action if the grounds for interference are not sufficient.

We do not remove sales ratings and descriptive comments issued as a result of a misunderstanding between contractors, as long as they comply with Allegro rules .
We can also remove the sales grade and descriptive commentary based on the relevant court judgment.
