You will see the average rating calculated from the last 12 months. We update the average after issuing each grade.
The average of sales ratings is rounded to one decimal place, e.g.
4.44 -> 4.4
4.45 -> 4.5
You will see the percentage of commands , which is calculated from the formula:% of commands = (number of unique I recommend / (number of unique I recommend + number of unique I do not recommend)) * 100
The result is rounded to the first decimal place, e.g.
0.99950 -> 100%
0.99949 -> 99.9%
The average sales ratings and the percentage of commands are publicly available in your offers as well as on your user card.
You will check all ratings from the last 12 months . At each rating, you can check how many stars the buyer gave you for compliance with the description, shipping time and cost, as well as service. You will ask the buyer to remove the rating I do not recommend. Find out more .
